Just for fun…

“Steamed” by Jingo de Lunch

What was the last concert you attended?
Probably my friend’s band Der Rest…haven’t been going to many concerts lately…

Who would you like to portray in a rock biopic?
Patti Smith, or Janis Joplin

What was the first album you bought with your own money?
I honestly don’t remember…

Do you remember what you were listening to the first time you smoked pot?
Don’t remember either…but with that lot in Bangkok, it could’ve been anything from The Cranberries to System of a Down!

Name a playlist on your iPod.
“Abstract”…it’s full of music which I perceive as rather fantastical and would probably be really good for dance/movement pieces….so artists like Robert le Magnifique, Sayem, Bjork and Biosphere.

And who comes after Radiohead?
Rage Against the Machine.

What song has gotten you over a breakup?
Chronogically…”She Hates Me” and “Blurry” by Puddle of Mudd…such clichés but I was young…”Dear Lover” by Social Distortion and “9 Crimes (Demo Version)” by Damien Rice

If you could curate a festival, who would be a headliner?
Oh it depends on what kind of festival…but I guess, rather versatile bands like Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead…

Name an artist who is guaranteed to get someone laid.
The “Dummy” album by Portishead…or for the more kinkier ones, Nine Inch Nails. Massive Attack and Tricky also have some very sensual songs.

What song would you like played at your funeral?
“Man in a Long Black Coat” by Bob Dylan, “Farewell” by Apocalyptica, “When Under Ether” by PJ Harvey, or “Opium” by Marcy Playground…
